All payments are securely processed through our third-party provider (e.g. Paddle or similar). By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy as well.

12. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience on MenuDG. In accordance with Paddle’s standard policy, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason.

If you are not satisfied with our service and your request is within the 14-day window, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for your refund request.

Please note:

• Refunds will not be issued after 14 days of your original purchase date.
• Refunds may take several business days to appear in your bank or credit card statement.
• For purchases made through Paddle, you agree to also comply with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
